Aaron De Beers

Aaron De Beers is the Sales & Operations Manager at Central Valley’s Healdsburg location, bringing more than 25 years of experience across viticulture, winemaking, and agricultural technology. A San Francisco native, Aaron has held senior management and production roles at leading vineyards and wineries throughout California.

He began his career in viticulture services, working with premier Napa, Sonoma, and New York wineries. Later, at Gallo Vineyards, Aaron helped achieve the world’s first ISO vineyard certification at Monte Rosso Vineyard—cementing his long-standing commitment to sustainable business practices.

Over the years, Aaron has served as General Manager, Director of Vineyard Operations, and Winemaker. He is also the founder of Vinoptic, a bi-coastal vineyard and winery consulting firm, and has taught courses in Vineyard Management, Wine Brand Development, and Winery Establishment and Design.

In late 2022, Aaron transitioned into agricultural technology as Northern California Accounts Manager, helping growers streamline operations and adopt smarter farm-management practices.

In short, Aaron knows vineyards and wineries inside and out. With a deep passion for sustainable agriculture, he’s excited to bring his experience to Central Valley and support local growers with practical solutions that help them succeed.
