Credit Application

Open a cash or credit account with us. The forms for every yard, what each one is for, and what happens after you send it.

Two kinds of account, and the paperwork for each. Complete every field — put N/A where something does not apply — including your contractor's licence number and at least four credit references. Anything missing is the usual reason an application waits.

Which account do you need?

  1. Cash, or point of sale. Account privileges with payment at the time of purchase. We can encrypt a credit card to the account so other authorized purchasers can buy on your behalf.
  2. Credit, on 10 / Net 30 terms. Invoices from one month are due by the 10th of the following month. This is the one for projects where you bill your own client.

Either way you get a back-up to your own record keeping: prior purchases, invoices, statements and payments are all on the account.

Central Valley & Foster Lumber Yards

Every yard except Grass Valley. One account works across all of them. Completed forms go to ar@central-valley.com.

Caseywood

Our Grass Valley yard keeps its own paperwork. Use these if that is where you buy. Completed forms go to ar@caseywood.com.

Where to send it

By email is quickest, to the address on your form — ar@central-valley.com for Central Valley & Foster Lumber Yards, and ar@caseywood.com for Caseywood.

By post to our admin offices — not to the yard:
