Denise Salinas

Denise brings a unique perspective to her role, serving customers across construction, lumber, hardware, and specialty wood projects. Having worked both in the field as a framing contractor and on the lumber side of the business for 25 years, she understands the full construction process, from planning and production to delivery and installation.

As a member of the North Coast Builders Exchange, Denise stays connected to the local building community and brings deep industry knowledge to every project. She is experienced with pre-fabricated walls, trusses, and floor systems, as well as custom building materials. This knowledge allows her to offer practical solutions and accurate product recommendations that meet the unique needs of each client.

Known for her responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving approach, Denise takes pride in helping clients find the right materials and solutions for every project. She combines her knowledge with a personable, solution-driven approach to build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners alike.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys cooking, wine tasting, golfing, and spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys hitting the open road with her husband on Harley rides, embracing adventure and the outdoors.
