Gloria supports customers through ecommerce with a focus on hardware and building supplies, along with select lumber products. She combines strong product knowledge with a service-driven mindset, helping customers quickly find the right solutions for projects of all sizes — treating each interaction as an opportunity to learn more about the industry.

Before stepping into her current role, Gloria proudly served the Napa Valley community as a hardware store manager for over five years. During that time, she developed extensive familiarity with hardware supplies, basic lumber products, and agricultural-related needs unique to the region. Her leadership experience also includes mentoring and training team members, fostering skill development, camaraderie, and a strong sense of workplace community.

Known for her enthusiasm, personable approach, and solution-oriented mindset, Gloria takes pride in building meaningful professional relationships. She genuinely enjoys connecting with the people who make up local neighborhoods and businesses — from homeowners to wineries — and has developed a deep appreciation for the working industry and the individuals behind it.

Outside of work, Gloria enjoys road trips with her fiance, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, and karaoke — always bringing the same energy and adventurous spirit to her personal life that she brings to her customers every day.
