Joshua Langer

Josh specializes in custom homes, multi-family developments, ADUs, and additions, bringing extensive experience and technical knowledge to projects of every size and complexity. From initial planning to final delivery, he understands what it takes to keep construction moving efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

His expertise includes floor system design, engineered wood products (EWP), custom home builds, and multi-family construction. Josh also has deep knowledge of cedar and specialty woods, along with a wide range of siding products, from Hardie, NUVO, Dolly Varden, to Poly Ash. His well-rounded understanding of materials and structural systems allows him to provide accurate takeoffs, practical recommendations, and proactive solutions that support both performance and design goals.

Josh thrives in fast-paced environments and knows that strong coordination, organization, and communication are critical to success. Personable and solutions-driven, he builds lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients by being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through. He believes in creating a strong team around him to provide customers with a dependable support system and foundation they can rely on throughout the life of a project. Highly organized and consistently optimistic, Josh takes pride in maintaining momentum and delivering results that drive both jobsite success and long-term business growth.

He takes great pride in the projects he has supplied, knowing that each one contributes to homes and communities that will stand for generations.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys renovating and working on his own home, restoring his 1948 Plymouth Deluxe, and most importantly, spending time with his family and four kids, who keep life full and rewarding.
