Since 2004, Pete has been serving builders and contractors across custom homes, hotels, apartments, and commercial projects. With more than two decades of industry experience, he understands the complexity behind every build — and the importance of getting it right from the start.
Pete specializes in rough carpentry framing lumber, exposed timbers and glulams, as well as cedar and exotic siding and decking. His expertise goes beyond simply supplying materials. He provides customized take-offs tailored to each project and takes the time to review critical details upfront, helping clients identify potential challenges before construction begins. His proactive approach minimizes surprises and keeps projects running smoothly.
Known for his persistence and follow-through, Pete is committed to seeing every project through to success. He works closely with builders to ensure they have the right materials, accurate quantities, and dependable support from pre-construction to completion.
